You may have lost your modem pack and now you can't find your modem's IMEI number or the one printed on your modem may have cleaned off, there is still a way you can find the IMEI number of your modem from your modem dashboard whether it is ZTE OR Huawei.
Plug in the 3G USB ZTE modem on your PC and what for it awhile to initialize. Once it can show network signal, click on settings to open the settings panel, then click on the System tab and click on the “Diagnostics” button.
